An Awards Store in Concord, CA Announces New Printing Process for Store
Jan 21, 2020
January 21, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Concord, Ca.- Alpine Awards, a provider of acrylic awards in Concord, CA is excited to announce the debut of their new printing methods. The new printing method will ensure that their products are up to date with the newest technologies in the awards and engraving business.
The Direct Color System, or DCS, is a new and improved way for Alpine Awards to print colors. Karen from Alpine Awards states, “It allows us to print in full vibrant colors onto almost every surface using UV Light adhesion.”
UV Light Adhesion is used to bond and set adhesives in awards. The adhesive is usually used with attaching an award to its base. The UV Light adheres the two parts together quickly. Awards companies today use UV Light Adhesion because it works with many different materials such as plastic, metal, and glass.
For the Concord engraving company, UV Light Adhesion will be used to adhere their new and vibrant colors onto their pristine awards. They are excited to use the new DCS printing for acrylic awards, plaques, mobile device cases, signs, and wood printing. Some printing methods that Alpine Awards shares people may not be aware that they do are Braille signage that is ADA compliant, and serial plate printing. Besides the listed products, Alpine Awards assures that the DCS printing methods can be used for a wide variety of other awards products.
After a prosperous 2019, Alpine Awards is thankful to begin the new year with new and improved processes. They hope they can be of better service to their community with DCS. As Alpine Awards begins 2020, they look forward to the improvements and updates to the awards industry and hope their opportunity to serve their community grows.
