He also completed his medical internship at Mutual Aid Hospital.
Professionally, Dr. Soto is an active member of the Puerto Rico College of Physicians and an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He also holds certifications through the Puerto Rico Board of Medical Examiners, the Drug Enforcement Agency, Mental Services Administration Health and Addiction, and is certified in Advanced Life Support.
