Bank Statement Loans Up to $30 Million: Lendmire Announces High-Net-Worth Financing

BOONE, N.C. - Sept. 21, 2026 - PRLog -- Bank statement loans up to $30 million are available through Lendmire, LLC for qualifying self-employed borrowers, including high-net-worth business owners, subject to individual lender review and underwriting. Depending on the lender and program, qualifying income is calculated from eligible deposits documented through 12 or 24 months of personal or business bank statements instead of tax returns.
The Boone, North Carolina-based mortgage brokerage announced the financing options for high-value home purchases and refinances. Business owners may generate substantial cash flow while their tax returns reflect business expenses and deductions.
"Building a successful business and documenting mortgage income are two different challenges," said Brandon Miller, founder and CEO of Lendmire. "Our role is to understand how a client's income is earned, identify the right documentation and connect that borrower with a lender equipped to evaluate the full scenario."
Lendmire's super jumbo bank statement program includes options for eligible primary residences, second homes and investment properties. Requests above the published $20 million program ceiling, up to $30 million, are considered individually by participating lenders.
Income calculations account for eligible deposits, business expenses and ownership share. Credit, reserves, property eligibility and loan size affect approval and terms. The maximum loan amount is not available with every program feature.
Through its self-employed and high-net-worth mortgage services, Lendmire helps founders, business owners and independent professionals evaluate financing options. Licensed loan officers review each borrower's goals and documentation to identify potential programs within the brokerage's wholesale lending network.
For rental property investors, Lendmire's super jumbo DSCR program offers separate business-purpose financing based on rental income. Eligible purchase and rate-and-term refinance requests up to $10 million per property are considered individually.
