Connie Ybarra, Recognized by BestAgents.us as a 2023 Top Agent.
Nov 7, 2023
It is Connie’s mission to assist and educate clients on how to obtain their Mountain getaway dreams in the jewel of Southern California.
New York City, New York Nov 6, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Connie, a dedicated realtor associate with Compass in the charming locale of Big Bear Lake, California, cultivated her passion for real estate over a decade ago.
In the spring of 2013, she assumed a multitude of roles at Gary Doss & Associates, serving as the marketing director, transaction coordinator, closing coordinator, and a vital support pillar. Progressing in her career, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of an agent, joining Gary Doss and Compass SoCal Resorts Group. This decision was fueled by the exceptional team and support system that they offer, setting new standards in the industry.
Originally hailing from Los Angeles, Connie was raised in Boyle Heights. From a young age, she developed a desire to reside in a small mountain town, which was influenced by her experiences at the YMCA summer camp and her family's enthusiasm for camping trips.
Having called Big Bear Lake home for over 15 years, she has become an authority on local knowledge and a passionate adventurer.
Throughout her career, Connie has ventured into various enjoyable fields. She has worked as a Program Coordinator at the YMCA, provided assistance in special education at LAUSD, and served with The City of Los Angeles Parks and Recreation.
In addition to these roles, she has engaged in team-building activities through Loadstone Adventures and SOAR, worked as an Archery Instructor, and even ventured into crafting hula hoops. Presently, she volunteers with the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC), specializing in teaching blind children how to ski.
As part of her professional connections in the real estate realm, Connie holds a prestigious membership in both the Big Bear Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Connie finds fulfillment in creating music, actively participating in her community, and watching people light up when they speak about their own passions. She attributes her achievements to her innate desire to assist others, a value instilled in her by her hardworking and humble parents. She also recognizes the unwavering support of her husband as a significant factor in her success.
Connie eagerly welcomes the opportunity to harness her talents and ambition to collaborate with clients and her team. Whether clients are on the hunt for their dream home, a vacation retreat, a starter home, commercial property, or vacant land, she is confident in her ability to find the perfect fit.
