The extension of the practice aims to increase availability for clients. Vanessa Pozzali provides both short-term and long-term therapy plans based on the needs of each individual. Group therapy sessions are available for clients with similar experiences. Pozzali’s therapy sessions intend to help clients recognize their unconscious patterns to improve their lives.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy utilizes methods that prompt uncomfortable conversations and painful experiences that clients have suppressed. Vanessa Pozzali offers guidance and support as she walks her clients through these therapy sessions. This form of therapy is beneficial for clients struggling with changes, anxiety, and depression, as well as trauma and relationships.
Vanessa Pozzali offers both online and in-person therapy for clients with a variety of needs. Her specialities include supporting patients going through separations, divorce or conflicts, the diagnosis of diseases as well as individuals struggling to enjoy their present lives. Pozzali works in contexts of multiculturalism to ensure that the background of each client is recognized. To understand each client, the first therapy session is dedicated to an intake assessment. These assessments help Vanessa Pozzali understand the needs and goals of the client. These sessions provide clients with the opportunity to tell their stories and reasons for reaching out. Pozzali then takes this information to propose a personalized treatment plan.
Vanessa Pozzali has an extensive background in psychology. After taking interest in literature, she went on to obtain a three-year degree in cognitive and psychobiological science from the University of Padua. She then went on to earn her master’s degree, followed by a four-year post-graduate specialization at COIRAG to graduate as a group analytic psychotherapist.
Now, Vanessa Pozzali is offering sessions to new clients around the world. She believes that individuals should not have to choose their therapist based on proximity. With today’s technology, people have more options to explore and find the therapist who is the best match for their lifestyle. Vanessa Pozzali offers a wide range of hours, six days a week, for clients to schedule their visits.
