Employee Retention Tax Credit 2022 | ERTC Rebate Eligibility Assessment Launched

This new eligibility assessment tool launched by ScottHall.co and ERTC Today is available to business owners anywhere in the USA, with 500 or fewer full-time employees on average. Non-profit organizations, startups, and new businesses are now also eligible for rebates and can use the assessment tool to determine if they qualify.
When the Consolidated Appropriations Act was passed in 2021, it made several important amendments to the ERTC program and expanded the eligibility requirements, allowing more employers to claim rebates. Business owners who have already received a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) are now also eligible for ERTC.
While the PPP provided loans to small businesses that had suffered financial losses during the pandemic, the ERTC program provides a tax rebate that has several other benefits. Unlike the PPP, tax rebates do not need to be repaid at any point, and they include no restrictions on how the funds can be spent.
Businesses that started after February 15, 2020, may be eligible for as much as $100,000 in rebates. They can qualify as a Startup Recovery Business if they have 1 or more employees and average annual gross receipts of less than $1,000,000.
To claim their tax rebates, employers can take the brief eligibility assessment and then request a consultation with an ERTC specialist accountant who can determine the maximum amount they can claim. To complete the application, they only have to upload some payroll documentation to the company’s secure server, and the accountants will help them file an amendment to their 941 returns.
