Family Church In Jupiter Celebrates Two Years In Service

The Jupiter congregation of the Family Church is part of one church in multiple neighborhoods and languages. The commitment of the members is to teach the Bible, build families and love neighbors.

Family Church Jupiter and Steve Wright are pleased to announce that they have reached a milestone of two years since their launch in October of 2015. The Jupiter congregation is located at the intersection of Roebuck and Loxahatchee River Roads; Family Church Jupiter is committed to teaching the Bible, building families, and loving their Jupiter neighbors. Worship services on Sundays are at 9:30 and 11:00 am. Adult Growth Groups meet at various times and locations throughout the week. The church in Jupiter is part of one church in multiple neighborhoods and languages on a mission to help families discover and pursue God's design.
Steve Wright explained, "We are multi-generational, multi-cultural and multi-site. We are a place where you can feel welcome. Whether you are single, married, divorced, young, old or somewhere in between, there is a place here where you can connect. We are committed to teach the Bible, build families and love our neighbors. We gather together as a family every Sunday so we can be equipped to scatter together across our neighborhoods during the week. Our Sunday focus is on corporate worship, Bible teaching, and fellowship in age-appropriate group settings."
“Through our worship arts teams” he continues, “you will experience an amazing time of worship directed to God alone. We mix contemporary worship songs with upbeat traditional hymns of the faith to achieve a great balance of worship styles. Our worship time is carefully planned to prepare hearts and minds to receive what God will say through the preaching of His Word.”
The history of the congregations dates back to 1901 with the founding of the First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach. The vision of Pastor Jimmy Scroggins, beginning in 2008, was to plant 100 neighborhood churches. The focus is on effectively going out to reach people rather than expecting them to come to the services. Currently, there are twelve linked congregations located in Palm Beach County and beyond.
