Sep 20, 2023
Mount Vernon, New York Sep 20, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Fecteau Property Holdings, a prominent Mount Vernon property management firm, has filed two Article 78 petitions. One is against the City of Mount Vernon for alleged permitting delays, while the other targets the Mount Vernon Building Department for limited transparency and public record access.
Despite efforts to resolve permitting issues and enhance transparency, Fecteau Property Holdings believes more must be done for efficient city operations and fair treatment of residents and businesses.
CEO Matthew J. Fecteau expressed gratitude to Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard for transparency efforts but emphasized the need for streamlined permitting and improved public record access.
