A number of industries witnessed the highest total value and sales volume for the June 2016 quarter, announces InfinityRMS.com

Auckland, New Zealand - March 27, 2017 /MarketersMedia/ —

Retail sales continue to thrive in New Zealand, according to the government. Statistics New Zealand reports the total volume of sales increased by 2.3 percent, with the total value going up by 2.2 percent for the June 2016 quarter, the most recent information currently available. They compared sales to the March 2016 quarter when making this announcement and made seasonal adjustments. In fact, both the total value and volume witnessed the biggest dollar-value increase in the series, with 12 industries reporting their highest sales in these two areas. Retailers need to ensure they can meet the demands of consumers, and retail inventory mangement software may be of assistance with this.

"With the help of this software, a retailer finds they are better able to optimise stock at multiple locations. Furthermore, retailers can choose to maintain information on purchases and vendors centrally or do so by location. Real-time updates ensure employees know when to order popular products and respond to customer demand. These are only a few of the many ways in which an inventory management program can be of help," Kelly Brown, spokesperson for Infinity RMS, announces.

Companies looking to take the customer experience to the next level also benefit from the use of point of sale software. With the right software program, retailers find they are able to focus on customer service. In addition, the program allows the retailer to customise this experience.

"The more a retailer does to show the consumer that they are the top priority, the more they will be rewarded. Consumers have more choices than ever before, thanks to the internet, and retailers must ensure they are meeting a customer's needs in every way. Point of sale and inventory management software both help companies achieve this goal," Brown continues.

Companies looking to take the experience even further find they need more. They need something that combines point of sale, eCommerce, inventory management, order management, customer management and analytics all in one program. With this type of program, a retailer can ensure no part of the customer experience is overlooked.

"Infinity RMS offers omnichannel, a program that combines all of the above tasks for seamless integration and improved customer service. This point of sale, inventory management, eCommerce, customer loyalty and business intelligence software for physical, online and mobile stores is just what retailers need. With the help of this software, retailers find they can grow their business with ease and do so with very little effort on their part," Brown declares.
