Dental care costs without insurance can be substantial. As outlined by Humana, even basic procedures such as a composite dental filling can range from $90-$250. A ceramic dental crown for a single tooth can cost approximately $2,000, while intensive procedures like root canals can vary from $1,100 for a front tooth to $1,800 for a molar.
The Hover Dental Group alleviates this financial burden by offering a dental savings plan for patients aged 16 and above and children aged 15 and below. Both plans include dental exams, cleanings, cancer and periodontal screenings, and digital X-rays as deemed necessary. Additionally, children under the plan receive two fluoride treatments.
Cancer screenings are an important part of the savings plan. With the American Cancer Society estimating over 54,500 new oral or oropharyngeal cancer cases in 2023, early detection plays a critical role in favorable outcomes. The dental plan also includes 20% savings on additional treatments such as teeth whitening, gum treatments, dental implants, and restoration procedures. The patient savings plans are exclusive and cannot be integrated with other insurance or discount programs.
