Locally-owned and operated naturopathic clinic Inner Alchemy Integrated Health has announced that its ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAIP) has been further improved to help people suffering from treatment-resistant depression. KAIP is a treatment option characterized by ketamine IV drips combined with guided support and talk therapy.
More details can be found at https://InnerAlchemyIntegratedHealth.com
The updated services are designed to provide a holistic and all-in-one solution for various mental illnesses, including PTSD, addiction, and depression. All packages are tailored specifically for the client and are provided by a psychiatric nurse and naturopathic medical doctor.
KAIP is a revolutionary treatment that combines ketamine IV drips with guided talk therapy. The goal of the treatment is to provide a holistic solution for medical conditions that affect the brain. Studies show that ketamine rebalances the neurons, causing them to heal and no longer need (or crave) external substances. This provides therapeutic benefits for those who are suffering from a brain chemistry imbalance.
Nevertheless, researchers have noted that ketamine treatments alone may not provide complete recovery. While the brain itself is healed, the underlying issue behind the mental condition is not addressed. This is why mental health practitioners often suggest a combination of medical IV treatments with continuous therapy.
Instead of going to two clinics, however, clients can now simply go to Inner Alchemy Integrated Health for their needs. During the first consultation, clients will meet with Katie Walsh, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and Amalia Baca, a naturopathic medical doctor.
Following the announcement, the pair have stated that their naturopathic services have likewise been updated. The services range from IV infusions to ozone therapy to healing injections.
Clients who are unsure of the service they need can walk into the clinic and speak with any member of the team. Priority, nonetheless, will be given to those who schedule beforehand.
A spokesperson for the clinic wrote, “Inner Alchemy provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a full range of naturopathic medicine services, medication management, integration support, and community events in an inclusive, kind, and relaxed atmosphere with specialized, individualized therapeutic support.”
