Carnegie, Australia - May 19, 2017 /PressCable/ —
Premium Prepurchase Inspections is celebrating their 5 Year Anniversary, which commemorates 5 challenging and rewarding years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Melbourne-based Building Inspections business, which has provided Building Inspections to home owners, home buyers and people intending to sell since 2012.
The business got it’s start in 2012 when founder Michael Saunders wanted to use his 25 years experience in the building industry to start his own business in prepurchase inspections, providing local buyers and sellers with peace of mind. .
One of the earliest challenges Premium Prepurchase Inspections faced was the transition from the building sector to inspections..
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Premium Prepurchase Inspections are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when he was contracted to inspect a new development, this really helped him to improve brand awareness..
Michael Saunders, Owner at Premium Prepurchase Inspections was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Premium Prepurchase Inspections’s history was being able to contribute to an article educating the public about the importance of inspections, this increased the number of buyers and sellers obtaining inspection reports before moving forward.”
Premium Prepurchase Inspections’s Founder, Michael Saunders says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our 5 Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is honesty and integrity, and providing expert service”.
Premium Prepurchase Inspections has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is to get more vans on the road and grow the business to service a larger area, and also bring more awareness to the importance of getting an inspection before purchasing a property.
Premium Prepurchase Inspections would also like to thank friends, customers and all its partners for their well wishes on this happy occasion.

‘14th’ Review: Ava DuVernay’s Powerful Sequel to ‘13th’ Turns a Constitutional Amendment into Living History
The movie, I’m pleased to report, exerts the same kind of historical/topical force that "13th" did. DuVernay, while she works in an extremely accessible and mainstream way, has a singular gift for making the nuances of history come alive. "14th" is steeped in history, but it’s not a dry lecture. Instead, DuVernay cuts through the dusty complacency with which we tend to regard the Constitution (just hearing that word can make you feel like you’re back in school) and shows you that the Constitution is a living, breathing document, one that we fail to heed at our peril. Which is more or less what’s happening today.
