A new couples therapy and relationship counseling service has been launched aimed at people who live in or around San Francisco, CA. The newly launched service is aimed at couples dealing with heartbreak, betrayal, fighting, arguments, power issues, unhappiness, and other traumas that may be affecting the relationship. Unlike traditional therapy and counseling, the approach implemented by the Heart Wisdom Process team teaches people how to use self-awareness to see painful triggers.
In addition, couples who attend will gain a deep insight into themselves as they will learn how to become aware of their unconscious destructive behaviors and beliefs, how to release themselves of old conditioned programs, and how to forgive and let go of painful experiences and traumas.
It is not a talking therapy and those who choose to attend are not required to retell painful stories over the course of days, weeks, months, or even decades. The process simply requires a time commitment between six months to one year as this is how long it can take to program and retrain the body’s unconscious conditioning and sabotaging responses.
As well as couples, other people facing complex relational challenges can benefit from the service including parents and children. There may be feelings of abandonment, or people may feel judged, criticized, or emotionally abused. Whatever people are experiencing, the team at Heart Wisdom Process explain they will learn how to communicate, express their needs, boundaries, and vulnerabilities.
Online coaching is available across San Francisco including Potrero Hill, West of Twin Peaks, Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Seacliff, Noe Valley, Marina, Haight-Ashbury, Castro-Upper Market, Twin Peaks, Russian Hill, Nob Hill, South of Market, Sea Cliff, Balboa Terrace, and Financial District.
A company spokesperson said: “When you are releasing old beliefs and behaviors, you will feel physical change and transformation. Clients generally experience a release of emotions, tears, body heat, and other physical symptoms when old conditioning is released.”
“This coaching methodology is based on Eastern holistic approaches from meditation, self-inquiry, breathing practices, awareness, and mindfulness techniques,” they added.
