A New York food truck company has recently updated its “backyard bashes” catering services for bar and bat mitzvahs in Syosset and surrounding areas. STUF’D (845-709-1808) offers kosher-style gourmet street food from its food truck for fully-catered events with no clean-up afterward.
Brooklyn, United States - January 24, 2023 /PressCable/ —
The company’s updated catering services involve a flexible menu that will be customized to meet the client’s specific needs. A newly released backyard events menu is available to view on the STUF’D website, which can then be tailored according to the type of event, the number of guests, the ratio of kids to adults, and the location, date, and time.

For backyard events such as bar/bat mitzvahs and kids’ parties, the new menu offers kosher-style gourmet street food, including appetizers, entree sliders and sides, salads, and french toast pastries. With their updated services, the STUF’D food truck will drive to the client’s location and deliver high-quality catering for any event, regardless of size.
Though the company is Brooklyn-based, the STUF’D food truck is available to hire for events throughout Oceanside, Franklin Square, Syosset, Hewlett, and surrounding areas.
The basic “backyard bashes” menu from STUF’D includes classic dishes like mac and cheese bites for appetizers, as well as more unique options like vegan dumplings served with ginger soy sauce. The entree sliders and sides include a range of meats like pulled pork and beer BBQ brisket, all accompanied by a side salad and waffle fries with vegan options available on request.
STUF’D is well known for its one-of-a-kind stuffed French toast pastries, all of which are baked with a graham cracker crust and topped with maple dulce de leche. These dessert bites are available in the following flavors: s’mores, banana chocolate chip, and oreo cheesecake.
The aforementioned update to STUF’D’s backyard catering services is in line with the brand’s commitment to providing high-quality gourmet street food for clients’ special events throughout Syosset, NY, and surrounding areas.
STUF’D owner and CEO Rebecca Mitchel has many years of experience in restaurant development and management, including managing at Eataly and BR Guest Hospitality before landing a consulting role in Florida. Her brand has established a strong reputation due to its unique stuffed French toast concept and professional customer service, as indicated by its numerous positive client testimonials.
A satisfied customer said, “I was at an event that the STUF'D truck catered a few weekends ago and the food and experience were amazing. I already contacted them about catering an upcoming birthday party this summer and can't wait.”
